Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring a warm, professional, and courteous reception.
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately while maintaining the organization’s brand image.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the organization’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Maintain the front office area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
