Job Description
As a Customer Service Attendant, the successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing fuel, processing payments, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and delivering friendly and helpful service to all customers. The attendant will also be tasked with basic vehicle services such as checking fluid levels and cleaning windshields upon request, as well as promoting and meeting sales targets for fuels and lubricants.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers
Meet sales targets for fuel and lubricants
Process cash and card payments using the POS system
Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety at the fuelling area
Check vehicle fluid levels and clean windshields on request
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
KCSE (O-Level) with relevant certificates
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash transactions

Attention to detail and a high level of safety awareness
Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment
