Job Description
The Customer Service Attendant will be responsible for attending to customers at the station by dispensing fuel, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires a customer-oriented individual with good communication skills who can handle cash accurately, address customer inquiries, and promote company products and services. The attendant will work under the supervision of the Station Manager or Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day station operations.

How to Apply
Welcome and assist customers at the fuel station.
Dispense fuel and other products efficiently and accurately.
Handle cash and electronic payments while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
Promote company products and services to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the station premises.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Comply with company policies, safety, and operational procedures.
Report any equipment faults or irregularities to the supervisor/manager.
Support the station team in achieving performance targets.
Minimum of a Diploma or degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
