Job Description
Kampala Hospital is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Officers to join their Front Desk & Customer Service team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth hospital operations, providing excellent patient support, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients at the front desk.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in processing medical records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Support guest relations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth hospital operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information.
