Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email
- Convert customer inquiries into consultations, bookings, and treatment appointments
- Provide accurate information about treatments, skincare products, promotions, and packages
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to encourage bookings and repeat visits
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to assess client satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution or escalation
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and skincare products
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and prepare performance reports
- Work closely with Reception, Doctors, Nurses, and Aestheticians for excellent client experience
