Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Mobilize, appraise and register clients for the Group Lending Scheme
- Carry out loan appraisals and recommend group loan applications for approval
- Disburse approved loans and monitor group loan repayment performance
- Conduct regular client and group meetings to track loan utilization and repayment
- Follow up on loan arrears and support recovery of overdue group loans
- Maintain accurate client and group loan records
- Prepare periodic reports on group lending portfolio performance
