Job Description

  • Prepare independent analyses for retail credit reviews; submit summaries for credit decisions beyond delegated authority.

  • Support retail segment asset growth while maintaining acceptable Portfolio‑At‑Risk (PAR) tolerance.

  • Ensure full documentation, adherence to Shari’ah, KYC, AML, and internal/external regulatory policies.

  • Monitor Service‑Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround times (TAT).

  • Review documentation completeness, daily inward cheque and excesses reports; notify managers promptly of missing items.

  • Analyze credit applications in a timely manner to ensure high-quality financing assets.

  • Prepare management reports, review new and existing products, receive and allocate applications from branches, and ensure compliance with bank policies and SLAs

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or business-related field.

  • Approximately 4 years of banking experience in lending, including at least 2 years in credit analysis or business development 

  • Knowledge of Shari’ah policies/processes, product knowledge, KYC/AML regulations, and credit analysis 

Core Competencies:

  • Strong record‑keeping and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of credit risk and financial analysis techniques.

  • Customer focus, accountability, problem-solving ability.

  • Performance‑oriented, teamwork, and clarity in communication
