Job Description
The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-impact visual content that drives brand awareness, customer education, lead acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital and social media platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth marketing, and customer experience, translating FutureLink Technologies’ mission into compelling visual narratives across the entire customer funnel—from awareness to advocacy.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Funnel-Driven Content Creation
- Design creative assets aligned to all stages of the customer funnel:
- Awareness: Brand storytelling, thought leadership visuals, explainer content
- Consideration: Product features, value propositions, educational content
- Conversion: Call-to-action creatives, campaign visuals, promotional content
- Retention & Advocacy: Customer success stories, updates, community content
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and KPIs.
Graphic Design & Brand Consistency
- Design high-quality graphics for:
- Social media (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Digital ads and campaign assets
- Website and landing pages
- Email marketing and internal communications
- Ensure strict adherence to FutureLink’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Continuously evolve the brand’s visual language while maintaining consistency.
Video Editing & Motion Content
- Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for different platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, reels, and short videos for social and digital campaigns.
- Translate complex fintech concepts into simple, engaging visual stories.
Animation & Visual Storytelling
- Develop basic to intermediate animations to support:
- Product explainers
- Feature launches
- Educational and onboarding content
- Work closely with product and customer teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Content Planning & Collaboration
- Work with the Marketing team to plan monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Interpret briefs and translate marketing strategies into compelling visual executions.
- Participate in campaign ideation, brainstorming, and post-campaign reviews.
Performance Awareness & Optimization
- Design content informed by performance data (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Adapt creative approaches based on platform analytics and audience behavior.
- Continuously test and improve creative formats to maximize impact.
Key Deliverables
- Weekly and monthly social media creative assets
- Campaign-specific graphic, video, and animation content
- Brand-consistent design templates
- Visual assets supporting product launches and partnerships
