Job Description
As the Country Manager, the successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and market share. They will oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while managing financial performance against set budgets. The role also includes building strong client and partner relationships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and leading a high-performing team across all functions. The Country Manager will serve as the company’s representative in Kenya, engaging stakeholders and driving the company’s brand presence in the market.
