Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with WCS global priorities and donor obligations
- Lead annual institutional and project budget development
- Advise Country Director and Senior Management Team through financial analysis
- Ensure all accounting and finance systems are accurate and compliant
- Maintain strong internal controls and risk mitigation measures
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Provide strategic oversight of grant financial management
- Lead coordination of internal, external, and donor audits
- Supervise, mentor, and support the finance team
