Job Description

As we expand into corporate and institutional markets, we are looking for a B2B / Corporate Sales Executive to drive growth by building strong relationships with organisations and enterprise clients.

The Role: You will hunt, pitch, and close multi-million UGX deals with corporates, telcos, banks, NGOs, and event organisers who need BLACKLYF’s reliable, stylish audio and wearables to elevate team productivity, client experiences, or brand events. This is high-velocity B2B sales with a tech edge. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and manage long-term client relationships that drive recurring business.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation.

  • Prospect 50+ qualified accounts/week from various channels
  • Secure 6–8 discovery calls/week; book 3–4 virtual/in-person demos.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship management.
  • Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and activations to promote BLACKLYF’s product range.

Deal Architecture & Closing

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to fulfill client orders and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale support.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Develop partnerships with companies for employee gifting, loyalty programs, and promotional activities.
  • Work with agencies and corporate procurement teams to include BLACKLYF in vendor lists and corporate catalogs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create exclusive corporate offers and product bundles.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track, report, and forecast sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates on client activities, pipeline progress, and competitor insights.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
