Enterprise Software Sales Executive (B2B) Job at Entapps

Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is not just looking for a job, but for a mission. We do not need “order takers” or “farmers.” We need a “Hunter”—someone who thrives on cold outreach, closing complex deals, and driving aggressive market penetration.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Aggressive Prospecting: Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and field visits. You will be responsible for filling your own pipeline, not just waiting for inbound leads.
- End-to-End Deal Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Consultative Selling: Diagnose the pain points of prospective clients (CEOs, HR Directors, Finance Managers) and articulate how our ERP and HR Tech solutions solve their specific operational challenges.
- Market Penetration: Execute aggressive marketing strategies to break into new verticals (Manufacturing, Trading, Service, Logistics, Financial, Telecom & Fintechs, NGOs, Government).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using our CRM. deliver weekly forecasts with high accuracy.
- Closing: Negotiate contract terms, handle objections effectively, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue quotas.
