How to Apply
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop engaging, high-quality content (videos, graphics, reels, carousels, stories, memes) tailored for Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Film and edit short-form videos, interviews, event highlights, and promotional content.
Work closely with the social media manager to align content with Proggie UG’s brand voice, trends, and engagement goals.
Social Media & Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with trending topics, challenges, and viral formats to create relevant and shareable content.
Analyze audience behavior and optimize content strategy based on engagement insights.
Use social listening tools to understand and incorporate audience preferences.
Event Coverage & On-Ground Content:
Attend key events, concerts, and activations to capture live content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Work with event organizers and partners to maximize coverage and engagement.
Brand Collaborations & Monetization Support:
Assist in creating sponsored content that aligns with brand deals and advertising opportunities.
Develop compelling promotional campaigns that drive audience engagement and ticket sales.
Basic Graphic Design & Editing:
Use tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or InShot to create visually appealing content.
Ensure all visuals and videos maintain high production quality and follow Proggie UG’s branding guidelines.

Content Creation & Video Editing:
Strong experience in creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Proficiency in mobile and basic DSLR videography is an added advantage.
Social Media Fluency:
Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
Proven ability to create content that goes viral and resonates with audiences.
Creative Thinking & Storytelling:
Ability to craft compelling stories that keep audiences engaged.
A strong sense of humor and pop culture awareness to create fun and relatable content.
Tech-Savviness & Editing Tools:
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or InShot.
Comfortable using smartphone apps and software for quick content production.
Event & On-Ground Coverage:
Confidence in capturing content in fast-paced event environments.
Strong communication skills for on-camera appearances, interviews, and voiceovers (preferred but not mandatory).
Collaboration & Time Management:
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
