Job Description
Tricsoft Technologies is seeking Content & Client Engagement Officers to manage social media platforms and create engaging digital content for their software products. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and transforming customer experiences into impactful marketing materials that drive sales and brand visibility.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily content (TikTok videos, reels, photos, client stories)
- Develop creative ideas that showcase our software in real-life use
- Stay updated with trends and adapt them to our brand
- Ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms
- Respond to and follow up on client inquiries promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Support onboarding of new clients where needed
- Visit clients physically to capture testimonials, reviews, and success stories
- Record videos, take photos, and document client experiences
- Turn client interactions into marketing content
- Use content and communication to attract potential customers
- Support the sales team by nurturing leads through follow-ups
- Help convert engagement into actual paying clients
