Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Upgrade the application to operate seamlessly on Android, iOS, Windows, and modern web browsers
- Implement offline data entry, secure local storage, and synchronization capabilities
- Establish a centrally hosted system with secure user authentication and role-based access control
- Configure the system to support onboarding of private clinics, pharmacies, and licensed drug shops
- Modify the electronic family planning register with HMIS 105-compliant age bands and improved workflows
- Develop configurable reminder mechanisms for monthly reporting including SMS and push notifications
- Configure secure integration with DHIS2 for data mapping, validation, and transmission
- Strengthen data security with encryption, audit logging, and secure authentication
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and pilot implementation
- Prepare technical and user documentation, develop training materials, and provide knowledge transfer
