Job Description
Ximing Group is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee a 4-month building renovation and maintenance project. The ideal candidate will manage residential or apartment renovation projects from the planning phase through to final handover.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee a 4-month building renovation and maintenance project
- Read and interpret construction, electrical, and plumbing drawings
- Site supervision and quality control of construction materials
- Manage projects independently from planning to final handover
- Implement construction safety standards and local building practices
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision on residential, dormitory, or apartment projects
