How to Apply
Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of the organization’s compliance programs.
Translate compliance requirements into actionable business objectives and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Legal, HR, Regulatory, R&D, EHS, and Finance to ensure company-wide compliance.
Provide or facilitate legal consultations relevant to the company’s operational environment and integrate regulatory guidance into business practices.
Oversee compliance with zoning, engineering, and environmental regulations, especially in shared or sensitive locations.
Supervise and assess compliance team performance, including training, mentoring, and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.
Conduct on-site inspections to validate zoning and regulatory compliance, and ensure standards are consistently met.
Support the development of work plans and performance reviews.
Facilitate agreements and resolutions on compliance-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Regularly review and evaluate marketing initiatives for compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Lead and manage a team of compliance analysts to deliver comprehensive compliance assurance.
Deliver annual compliance training across relevant departments.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven track record as a Compliance Manager or Compliance Officer, preferably in a regulated industry.
Certifications:
Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Key Skills:
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, with sound business judgment and a commitment to legal and ethical standards.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments including HR, Finance, R&D, QA/QC, and EHS.
Language:
Proficiency in English is required.
Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
