The primary objective of the Community Relations Manager (CRM) will be to facilitate good relations between AGROPAL and its surrounding communities to ensure consistent labour supply, and thus make AGROPAL a sustainable and viable employer for youth and women within its landscape of operations.

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with host community leaders, farmers, traditional authorities, government officials, and NGOs.
• Serve as the official point of contact between the company and community stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, town halls, and community dialogues.
• Identify and manage key community influencers and advocates for the company's operations.

• Design, implement, and monitor CSR programs that address the social and economic needs of host communities.
• Collaborate with local schools, health facilities, and community organizations to deliver impactful social investment initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the community relations budget effectively.
