Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and maintain consistent company branding and messaging across all communication channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, newsletters, and company announcements.
- Simplify technical product information into clear and customer-friendly messages.
- Support product awareness, launches, customer education, and market engagement initiatives.
- Manage customer and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams.
- Support public relations activities, partnerships, events, and official company communication.
- Improve internal communication and collaboration between departments.
- Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements.
