The Communications and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s communication strategy, enhancing customer experiences, and identifying new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing client relationships, and driving the company’s marketing initiatives both online and offline.

To strengthen our client relationships and expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and customer-focused Communications and Marketing Manager to lead our engagement and marketing efforts.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and strategies.

  • Develop programs and initiatives to boost client retention and loyalty.


Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Leverage online platforms and physical engagements to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
