Job Description
The Tyres Sales Specialist is responsible for driving tire sales growth within the Kampala region by expanding distribution channels, developing new client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The role requires strong market knowledge, customer engagement skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain tire sales channels within the Kampala region
- Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
- Provide feedback on customer demands and market trends
- Support the development of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share
