Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular market surveys and identify and communicate market changes, competitor strategies, and industry trends
- Analyse market attractiveness and competitive situation to achieve growth and profitability
- Define, propose, and lead execution of the Commercial strategy across all logistics activities
- Identify target clients and lead the selling process
- Elaborate action plans to enhance competitiveness in terms of organisation, service, quality, and pricing
- Manage quotations activity and monitor hit rate and response time performance
- Build strong external and internal business relationships with key players
- Manage the commercial team, measure performance through metrics, and identify gaps
- Monitor and report profitability analysis on accounts
- Participate in debt recovery actions and attend monthly/quarterly KPI reviews
