Job Description
MOGAS Uganda is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects across its petroleum and retail network. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that engineering works meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of MOGAS facilities and infrastructure.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, materials, and schedules.
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Support upgrades and expansion of fuel stations, depots, and terminals.
