Job Description
Autochek Uganda is seeking a City Technical Operations Associate to oversee and support after-sales service delivery within an assigned territory. The role involves managing relationships with workshop partners and ensuring excellence in vehicle maintenance services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the technical Lead with all stages of the after-Sales service delivery in the assigned territory.
- Increase after-market sales by establishing business relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Supervise to ensure service excellence of all routine and scheduled maintenance services in the assigned territory.
- Support the Technical Lead with the identification, recruitment, development, and relationship management of aftermarket dealers and workshop partners in the assigned territory.
- Review work orders and discuss work with the implementation team.
- Review partners & customers periodically to ensure healthy ROl.
- Confer with the team to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.
