Job Description
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the marketing function of BLOCK FM 103.2 by designing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s market presence. The role involves overseeing advertising campaigns, brand partnerships, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives. The officer will work closely with management and the creative team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the station’s overall business goals.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BLOCK FM 103.2’s brand.
Oversee advertising, promotions, and brand partnership campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify audience trends and opportunities.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and online promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with programming and sales.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Strengthen the station’s market presence through innovative promotions.
Represent the company in networking and publicity events.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of a secondary-level qualification.
Strong passion for marketing, branding, and entertainment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good organizational skills.
Prior experience in marketing, especially in the entertainment/media sector, is an added advantage.
