Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Translate corporate strategy into measurable commercial plans, revenue targets, and growth initiatives
- Provide leadership and oversight across business development, sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition functions
- Drive achievement of revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, agencies, investors, and other stakeholders
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to sales and business development teams
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support commercial objectives
- Establish commercial reporting structures and performance dashboards
- Develop and manage the commercial department budget
