Job Description
Hugamara Group is looking for detail-oriented culinary professionals to join their team as Chefs De Partie. The role involves managing dedicated kitchen sections, ensuring high food standards, and supporting high-volume operations in a Central Kitchen environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned kitchen section during food production, ensuring preparation, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections and support Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations and timely execution.
- Monitor stock usage to minimize food wastage while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization within workstations.
