Job Description
Hugamara Group is seeking skilled butchers experienced in high-volume meat processing to join their team in Kampala. The role involves professional meat cutting, portioning, and marination for the group's Central Kitchen operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Cut, debone, trim, and portion various meats (beef, poultry, lamb, fish) according to company standards.
- Execute meat marination and seasoning preparations based on approved recipes and production plans.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards while cleaning and maintaining equipment.
