Overview
Harley’s Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior leader with over 10 years of experience in regional sales and marketing to join its Consumer Health business unit as Category Manager – Dermocosmetics.
In this strategic leadership role, you’ll oversee the growth and performance of the dermocosmetics category—including pharmaceuticals, cosmetic products, and healthcare technology. You will be responsible for full business ownership: from strategic planning and marketing execution to team leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Monitor market trends and adjust plans as needed.
Brand & Category Management: Lead national brand positioning for dermocosmetics. Oversee high-impact marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and ROI.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor team leaders, sales supervisors, and medical/sales representatives to ensure a high-performing, motivated team.
Supplier & Customer Relations: Build strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality. Strengthen customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial & Inventory Management: Oversee budgeting, inventory, credit control, and debt collection to ensure profitability and financial health of the business unit.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, Sales & Marketing, or a relevant business field.
An MBA is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
