Job Description

UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc is recruiting self-motivated and creative individuals to fill the positions of Cashiers/Tellers. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the branch's savings mobilization efforts. This role requires individuals with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of banking operations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive clients and provide the maximum customer care and serve them within set timelines
Receive deposits from customers and post entries into their accounts
Process customer withdraws transactions
Prepare cash reconciliation reports
Close tills, print cash transaction reports and file cash slips
Guide clients and provide basic information on products
Any other task as assigned by his/her supervisor.
