Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle POS billings and process payments accurately at the till
- Take delivery and reservation calls with warmth and professionalism
- Manage call center inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and orders
- Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and issues
