Job Description
Successful candidates will engage in a variety of construction-related activities, including attic expansions, insulation improvements, facade and roofing installations, and the integration of solar and photovoltaic systems. Carpenters should be able to understand complex technical drawings, operate CNC-controlled joinery machinery, and apply advanced work preparation techniques. The training will occur on live construction sites and at vocational training institutions supported by the employer.
The program also includes:
Sponsored German language training (up to B1 level)
A German work visa
On-site accommodation (role-dependent)
Internationally recognized qualifications
Relocation support including airfare to Germany

How to Apply

Minimum Requirements:
Ugandan citizenship with National ID and passport
2+ years of work experience in carpentry or construction
Completion of O-Level or A-Level education
Vocational or technical training in a relevant field
Commitment to complete German language training to B1 level
No criminal record (mandatory for visa processing)
Good physical health and ability to pass a medical exam
Strong team spirit, responsibility, and motivation
Willingness to live and work in Germany
