Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate career development sessions including CV writing, interview skills and job search strategy
- Provide one-on-one career coaching and guidance to graduate participants
- Develop and deliver career readiness content and workshops
- Track participant progress on career development outcomes
- Collaborate with employers and partners on job placement opportunities
