Job Description
The Call Center Agent/Administrator will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and perform administrative duties including generating reports and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary
- Generate reports, monitor and follow up on tasks, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure the team has enough stock to enable same-day delivery
- Ensure the company's SLA of 1-hour delivery times is met at least 95% of the time
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues
- Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement
