Job Description
Job Title: Business Executives – TV/Radio (Several Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Nation Media Group (NMG)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are looking for qualified and experienced result oriented Business Executives -TV/Radio to source new business and service existing clients so as to maximize on revenue generation and collection to meet business objectives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Aggressively grow advertising business.
Coordinate production and approval of client’s adverts.
Collect dues on advertising space sold on credit.
Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major advertisers and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
Develop prospects of potential clients.
Coordinate supplements for NMGU clients.
Provide regular sales and collection reports to the Business Manager.
Handle customer complaints and provide feedback for customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic:
Basic University Degree from an accredited institution.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Experience: At least 1-2 years Sales experience in a related field

Good proposal writing skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Appreciation for numbers
Strong customer focus
Good planning and organizing skills
