Job Description
Multinet Group Limited is seeking a Business Development Officer to promote its comprehensive services within the government contracting and oil & gas sectors. The role involves identifying new opportunities across upstream, midstream, and downstream markets while managing the end-to-end bidding and proposal process. The successful candidate will maintain key stakeholder relationships and provide market analysis to support strategic growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote Multinet Group's Comprehensive services, including EPCIC, flow station management, pipeline construction, oil spill remediation etc
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within government contracting and the oil & gas sector.
- Explore new opportunities in upstream, midstream and downstream markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, ministries, and oil & gas industry players.
- Prepare, submit and manage proposals/tenders and bid documentation in line with company capabilities and client requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform growth strategies and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to develop compelling commercial offers.
- Track contract awards and support contract execution transition with business operations.
- Report on business development performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Preparation of Bidding Documents
