Job Description
CIC Insurance Group PLC is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer – Group Risk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the group's market share in the risk insurance sector through strategic business development and relationship management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Group Risk segment.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
- Prepare and present competitive insurance quotations and proposals.
- Ensure timely collection of premiums and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
