ABACUS INVITES QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ONLY: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Develop and execute business growth strategies across assigned regions. Design and implement effective Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies
Manage and strengthen distributor networks to ensure product availability and market penetration
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies across assigned regions
- Design and implement effective Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies
- Manage and strengthen distributor networks to ensure product availability and market penetration
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas
- Lead, coach, and supervise sales teams to achieve performance targets
- Drive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of revenue objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure efficient channel development and optimize distribution performance
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational strategies
