Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in business development within the hazardous waste and/or water treatment industries.

  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements in Uganda and the wider region.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a competitive environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
