Strong writing and presentation skills -can turn ideas into clear, compelling proposals and decks.
A persuasive communicator with a confident, professional presence.
Previous experience (internship or work) in business development, proposal writing, sales, fundraising, or communications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Curious and proactive mindset with strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
A genuine passion for sustainability, climate action, and inclusive growth.
