YooKatale is a mobile food market located in Kampala, Uganda, Africa. We provide a platform for selling, buying, and advertising food products and services to both homes and commercial clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Associate at YooKatale. As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to business operations. This includes analyzing data, assisting with financial activities, engaging in business activities, communicating with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. The role is located in Kampala but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Administrative Support:
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain accurate records and manage databases.
Project Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Track project progress and prepare status reports.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Prepare market analysis reports and present findings to management.
Client Relations:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs and concerns.
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
Financial Analysis:
Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
Support the finance team in various financial activities.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist the sales and marketing teams in developing strategies and campaigns.
Help prepare marketing materials and coordinate marketing events.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Operations Support:
Help streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in the development and implementation of business policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.
Support the identification of business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Assist in the evaluation of business performance and strategic initiatives.
