Job Description
The Business Analyst will work within the Partnerships and Digital department, under BetaLab, to identify and document technical, process, and product requirements aligned with Britam’s digital transformation goals. This role involves collaborating with product and project managers to develop innovative business solutions, conducting workshops to consolidate and harmonize business needs, and supporting the development of use cases, requirement specifications, and test cases. The analyst will also participate in the solution design review process, provide input into business cases, and verify that system implementations meet defined business objectives.

How to Apply
Capture and document business requirements across operating companies and the Group
Conduct requirement workshops and build use cases to support solution development
Approve design solutions and verify that business requirements are met
Standardize requirement specifications, use cases, test cases, and synergy documents
Provide input into business cases including financial prioritization and scope
Support and adhere to all IT processes and compliance requirements
Conduct high-level request analysis and domain classification
Participate in concept solution design and review high- and low-level technical designs
Validate that requirements are testable and oversee the creation and execution of test plans
Review vendor and end-user test plans for completeness and accuracy
Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) aligns with defined requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Solid knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Understanding of business strategy and the impact of IT solutions
Strong communication and report writing skills
Proven business analysis skills
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
