Students will be attached to Kenya Power's relevant departments, where they will engage in real-world projects related to civil works, building maintenance, and construction. The program aims to expose participants to engineering operations within a national utility company and equip them with practical industry skills.

How to Apply
Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building and civil infrastructure.
Participate in construction and rehabilitation of structures including substations, office buildings, and other civil works.
Conduct site assessments and contribute to preparing technical reports.
Support senior engineers and technical staff in project planning and implementation.
Learn and apply safety regulations and engineering standards in ongoing projects.
Maintain documentation and records for activities performed.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a continuing student pursuing a:
Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate in Building or Civil Engineering.
Must be enrolled in an accredited learning institution.
Must have a valid introduction letter from the respective institution.
Must be available full-time for the entire attachment period.
Other Competencies:
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles
