Job Description
The Brand Marketing Assistant plays a critical role in enhancing brand presence both in physical outlets and digital platforms. The successful candidate will supervise field merchandisers, ensure brand visibility at retail points, contribute to packaging improvements, and support digital content development and community campaigns. This is a field-oriented role, requiring someone proactive, organized, creative, and passionate about marketing and women’s health.

How to Apply
Supervise activities of field merchandisers in key retail outlets.
Ensure proper shelf arrangement, product availability, and adherence to planograms.
Conduct frequent store visits to identify and close visibility gaps.
Coordinate with distributors for appropriate display of POS materials.
2. Point-of-Sale (POS) Branding & Materials
Provide input in the creative design of posters, banners, shelf-talkers, and display units.
Coordinate production and timely delivery of POS materials with suppliers.
Supervise setup and upkeep of branding items at retail locations.
3. Packaging & Branding Development
Collect and provide feedback on packaging design, messaging, and user experience.
Contribute to packaging updates aligned with brand image and consumer preferences.
Work with internal and external designers to ensure brand consistency.
4. Content Creation & Digital Marketing Support
Execute low-budget social media strategies with a focus on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and WhatsApp.
Develop flyers, catalogues, and grassroots promotional materials.
Support community engagement campaigns and field activations.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Experience:
1–2 years in field marketing, brand support, or merchandising. Internship experience is acceptable.
Key Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Familiar with social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Creativity and passion for women’s health and hygiene.
Willingness to travel within Kenya.
