Job Summary:
We’re already a top player, but good isn’t enough. We want a Brand & Marketing Manager who won’t just maintain the heat but take it higher. This role is about protecting the NRG vibe while pushing it forward-shaping culture, leading conversations, and making NRG the ultimate destination for audiences, creators, and advertisers alike.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Guard & Grow the Brand
Keep NRG bold, fresh, and loud. Protect what we’ve built, but never let it stand still.
Create Culture, Not Just Campaigns
Launch ideas that spark talk, FOMO, and real connections, on air, online, and on the streets.
Win with Partners
Show advertisers and collaborators why NRG’s audience is the hottest commodity in the market. Turn partnerships into culture-shaping wins.
Lead Campaigns That Bang
Plan, launch, and measure big-impact campaigns across radio, digital, and live events. Then take them to the next level.
Use Data to Stay Ahead
Trends move fast. You’ll read the signals, track the metrics, and use insight to keep NRG leading, not following.
Be the Connector & the Driver
From DJs and content creators to commercial partners and creative teams, you’ll unite people under one loud, powerful brand story.
Think Beyond

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience building and growing brands that stand out
Proven success running integrated campaigns (radio, digital, live)
A deep feel for entertainment, youth culture, and lifestyle trends
Killer storytelling that sells more than ads, it sells an attitude
Cool confidence, loud ideas, and energy that fills a room
You don’t just think outside the box, you flip it, remix it, and burn it down
Leadership skills to inspire teams and partners at every level
