Job Description
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all operations within a branch, ensuring the achievement of financial and operational targets. They are responsible for managing staff, driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Their role involves strategic planning, leadership, and a focus on customer satisfaction to promote the branch’s growth and profitability.

How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate branch staff to meet and exceed performance goals.
Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high-quality customer service, resolve client issues, and build strong relationships with key customers to foster loyalty.
Financial Oversight: Monitor the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability tracking.
Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and branch security.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations, and submit regular reports on branch performance.
Qualifications
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, Economics, Microfinance, Development Economics, or any other relevant business-related course from a reputable university.
A postgraduate in credit management is an added advantage.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit administration.
Skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Background in finance, banking, sales, or retail management is beneficial
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
