Job Description
The Branch Manager will lead the overall performance and management of the branch, including loan disbursements, collections, customer service, and compliance with standard operating procedures. The role requires effective leadership in supporting branch teams, implementing due diligence in loan approvals, and ensuring adherence to fraud prevention measures. The manager will actively engage in customer acquisition and retention while ensuring financial inclusion outreach. Additionally, the Branch Manager will oversee administrative functions, reporting, and customer protection measures, while fostering a productive and customer-focused work environment.

How to Apply
Drive branch profitability by achieving disbursement, collections, and other set KPIs.
Conduct loan verification, spoof calling, reference checks, and ID validation.
Provide leadership and resolve branch team performance or logistics issues.
Ensure proper due diligence before loan approvals.
Implement fraud prevention measures and report fraud-related incidents promptly.
Expand financial inclusion through new customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure branch compliance with SOPs and policies.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and community leaders.
Deliver high-quality customer service and manage customer complaints effectively.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Manage administrative duties including office cleanliness, filing, procurement, and inventory.
Promote responsible lending practices and customer protection in line with company standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in a Business-related course.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
High level of customer service orientation.
Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude with a “make it happen” approach.
Strong team player with leadership ability.
