Job Description
The Branch Business Consultant will play a pivotal role in promoting the bank’s products and services, including loans and deposit products. The role involves cross-selling to new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reviewing documentation to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. The Consultant will also be tasked with analyzing customer borrowing needs, conducting interviews, and safeguarding bank assets through dual custodianship. Accurate data entry, report preparation, and collaboration with team members are also core components of the position.

How to Apply
Drive business growth by cross-selling bank products to new and existing customers.
Establish new client relationships to increase assets and liabilities portfolios.
Maintain ongoing customer engagement to promote satisfaction and business continuity.
Review account opening forms and loan applications for compliance with KYC requirements.
Verify data entry accuracy against source documents.
Interview customers to assess mortgage loan needs and provide suitable product options.
Safeguard bank assets through joint custodianship responsibilities.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in the banking industry.
