Job Description
Provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
- Provide information on resort facilities and services.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and guest areas.
