Job Description

Provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests on arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
  • Provide information on resort facilities and services.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and guest areas.
