Job Description
Fountain Palace Hotel & Suites is seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar operations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hospitality setting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
- Provide beverage recommendations and food pairing suggestions to guests.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Monitor and replenish bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas and equipment.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel POS system.
- Support hotel functions, conferences, and special events.
- Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
