• Control wastage pilferage and losses through effective stock control
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational and financial reports
• Work with management to set achieve and monitor sales and profit targets

Marketing Promotion and Customer Growth

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and customer traffic
• Plan and execute themed nights live music events happy hours and seasonal promotions
• Build partnerships with DJs influencers and event organizers
• Engage customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Oversee and maintain an active and attractive social media presence

Problem Solving and Compliance

• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
